January 2007 - OpenCEL begins construction in Mesa, Arizona

January 2007 - OpenCEL, working with CH2M HILL’s Tempe office and Hunter Contracting of Gilbert, AZ, has started installation of a full-scale Focused Pulsed unit in the Mesa, AZ Northwest Water Reclamation Plant. Installation will be performed with minimal interference to ongoing operations and will be completed early in 2007 The unit will be pre-treating biosolids prior to anaerobic digestion. The unit is anticipated to begin treatment in March.
