April 2006 - OpenCEL and Ohio State University enter a license agreement

In April of 2006, OpenCEL and Ohio State University entered a license agreement covering Pulsed Electric Field intellectual property. The agreement provides OpenCEL an exclusive license to the technology for application of Pulsed Electric Field to water and wastewater treatment. OSU has considerable expertise in PEF technology as it relates to food processing.
